How to enable/disable auto-tagging?

Auto-tagging is enabled by default and only admins can disable it.

 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select “General” in the Admin menu
  3. Find “Image Auto-tagging” to add or remove the check mark
  4. Click the “Save” button

How to edit the options for shared links?

This function is on its way to the updated Skyfish. In the meantime, you will find it in Skyfish Classic.

 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select “General” in the Admin menu
  3. Under “Shared links” at the top of the page, select the sharing options that should be available to your users
  4. Click “Save”

What is your list of supported browsers?

We support the following browsers:

 

  • Safari 10+
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Firefox (two latest versions)
  • Chrome (two latest versions)

Does skyfish keep a backup of our files?

No, Skyfish does not keep a backup of your files.

 

When you move a file or a folder to the trash, you are able to recover it for 30 days (unless you decide to delete it from the trash immediately). 

 

When 30 days have passed, the data is fully deleted.

What happens to our files if we close the account?

Should you decide to terminate your Skyfish plan, please make sure to download all the files you want to keep.

 

You can download folders from your Skyfish drive, one by one. You will receive them as zip files, with all their included subfolders and files.

 

When your Skyfish plan expires, you can no longer log in to Skyfish. 30 days later, your account will be fully deleted, including all files and personal data. At this point, we can no longer restore any lost files.
